- Professionalism...keeping up with legislation and regulations, fully disclosing all known information.
- Understanding the Information: MLS Data, Comparables, Tax Records, Previous Sales Prices and Current Listing History
- Plan a negotiating strategy with you
- Suggest procedures, which will strengthen your negotiating position.
- Provide price counseling for you based on information on similar properties which have sold recently and those that are currently on the market
- Suggest protective clauses for your purchase agreement
- Suggest financing alternatives which may be in your best interest rather than a method of financing which would be in the seller's best interest
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Offer lists of Home Inspectors, Title Companies & Mortgage Companies
- Follow through after the purchase contract has been negotiated so you will be informed of progress in preparing for closing
