  • Understanding the Information: MLS Data, Comparables, Tax Records, Previous Sales Prices and Current Listing History
  • Plan a negotiating strategy with you
  • Suggest procedures, which will strengthen your negotiating position.
  • Provide price counseling for you based on information on similar properties which have sold recently and those that are currently on the market
  • Suggest protective clauses for your purchase agreement
  • Suggest financing alternatives which may be in your best interest rather than a method of financing which would be in the seller's best interest
  • Negotiate on your behalf
  • Offer lists of Home Inspectors, Title Companies & Mortgage Companies
  • Follow through after the purchase contract has been negotiated so you will be informed of progress in preparing for closing
